Payroll Fees  

  • For 1st 5 Employees $100.00 per month
  • Each additional 5 employee $20.00 per month
  • Setup fee $100.00 one time 


Payroll includes:  

  1.  Run payroll (Weekly, Bi-Wkly, Semi - Monthly, or Monthly).  
  2.  Fax or e-mail out pay stubs to your office.  
  3.  Complete and mail out all quarterly reports  
  4.  Complete and mail out all yearly reports  
  5.  Process W-2's for you to hand out to your employee's.  
  6.  Processing year end 1099's included  


 
 



 -Bookkeeping

  1. Enter all monthly accounts payable transactions into computer. 
  2. Provide bill paying.
  3. Enter all monthly accounts receivables into computer. 
  4. Provide customer invoicing and statements.
  5. Balance your books to your bank's monthly statement.  ​



-Accounting

  • Payroll   (One time setup fee $50.00 for 10 or less employees)
  • Quarterly Payroll Tax Reports
  • Accounting System Design
  • Verbal or Over the Phone Support/Consultation
